Urgent/After hours care?
Yes, we offer urgent and after hours emergency chiropractic care via home visits across the Toowoomba area. Please call us and leave a voicemail outlining the problem, location and return contact details so we can help you.

Can I claim on health insurance?
Yes, Get Mobile Chiropractic's services are claimable through your health fund ONLY IF your extras/ancillary cover policy includes chiropractic coverage and you have not exceeded the allocated amount (this may happen if the extras has combined cover with other modalities like physio). Check with your health insurer if you have cover for chiropractic.
Are you a Medibank Members' Choice provider?
Yes, Get Mobile Chiropractic is a Medibank Members' Choice provider! We will claim directly from Medibank for your appointment, so long as you have the right cover under your policy and have met all the conditions with Medibank (you have paid your premiums/are financial, have ancillary cover and have not exceeded your limit of claims). Give Medibank a call to confirm.
Is there any paperwork?
On arrival for the first appointment, there will be an new patient intake form to get details of your health history and current conditions, along with a consent form.
What to expect: Home Visits
At the scheduled appointment time, we will arrive with our equipment to set up. We only need an area the size of a small rug to work in.
We then review your health history and then conduct a thorough examination, consisting of neurological, orthopedic, and chiropractic related tests to help us determine where any underlying problem areas are.
Then we will discuss treatment options and perform chiropractic care (as required).
Is there a travel fee?
No, the total cost of the service is as indicated on this page, unless the location is more the than 30- 60km from our usual sites of service.
How long will a home visit take?
For an individual:
Inital Consultations (IC) are 60* minute duration including equipment set up/pack up.
Subsequent consultations (SC) are 30* minute duration.

Group bookings are subject to variation due to the nature of the appointment type.

Do you have HICAPS/on the spot claiming?
Currently we do not have a mobile terminal for health fund claims on the spot during home visits, HOWEVER, you can still claim through the invoice/receipt we provide you after your appointment. This is usually done through a health funds app, or online through the health funds website. Alternatively this could be done at a health funds physical location.
How long will it take for me to feel better?

This is based on a number of factors and nobody can truly know how long improvements will take. We can make estimations based upon a number of factors about your health history and the examination findings.
Do I need to clean my home for the chiropractic appointment?
Absolutely not! Please do not strain your back trying to vacuum and tidy before your appointment. Please do not attempt to move furniture to make space.
The Get Mobile Chiropractic Doctor will find a space that works when they arrive for your session, we only require a small space in your home or office, enough to fit a portable chiropractic table and an equipment bag.
What are the prices for chiropractic care?
For chiropractic care with Get Mobile Chiropractic, we price our services competitively to ensure you are not at a disadvantage.
For a home visit, the investment is similar with conventional chiropractic care in clinic. In fact, you will actually be better off with saving time and getting more comprehensive care, all conveniently in the comfort of your home or office.

Do you recommend lifestyle products and changes?
